Module 5. – Channel & Customer Profitability

The Channel & Customer Profitability module is designed to provide greater insight into the value of each customer and integrate the management of segregated delivery channels servicing customers.

 

You may have built a better mousetrap, be it in the form of new branches or mobile technology, but do you know what it is really costing you or if anyone actually using it? With the Channel & Customer Profitability module it is easy to determine whether a channel should be further expanded or whether channel pricing is sufficient to cover costs.

Regardless of the delivery channel, customer profitability is paramount. Whether just for analytical purposes or as a basis for making pricing decisions, knowing just how profitable each customer is to your organization is important. In determining customer profitability, the Channel & Customer Profitability module takes into consideration not only the various channels used by each customer, the yield/cost associated with each product held, the service fees collected but also the customer-specific cost of delivering services to the customer.
